® <br /> <br /> (a) That an estimate of the current fair market value of <br /> the "old property" is $160,000.00. <br /> <br /> (b) That an estimate of the current fair market value of <br /> the "new property" is $185,000.00. <br /> <br /> (c) That an estimate of the cost of improvements necessary <br /> on said"new property" for parking purposes is $30,000.00. <br /> <br />That notice is hereby given that December l?th , 1962, <br />at the hour of 7=30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, <br />Third and Main Streets, Santa Ana, California, is the time <br />and place fixed at which said City Council will hear <br />protests on the proposed substitution of the "new property" <br />for the "old property" as a public parking lot for VEHICLE <br />PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1. Not later than the hour set for <br />hearing,any interested persons may file with the Clerk of <br />the Council written objeution to the proposed substitution. <br />It is requested that each person desiring to make an <br />objection or protest to the proposed substitution describe <br />the land owned by him or her which is within the boundaries <br />of VEHICLE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1, furnish assessor's <br />parcel number of such property or give a general description <br />with dimensions and location of such property so that such <br />protest or objection can be properly evaluated. Each such <br />protest or objection should be signed by the person or <br />persons owning land within said District and it is requested <br />that the owners name be p~ted beneath his or her signature. <br /> <br /> For the information of all intersted persons, the exterior <br />boundaries of VEHICLE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1, as fixed by Ordinance <br />No. NS-?6, are as follows= <br /> <br /> Fourth Street on the South, Spurgeon Street on the East, <br /> Seventh Street on the North and Main Street on the West. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
