Said <br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 864436-HRB with <br />Orange County Title Company, Santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS,~~IERRO and MERCEr_DES F~ERRO.h{Lve presented <br />to the City a deed dated November 26, 1962, conveying a parcel of / ~$~ <br />real property on the North side of Sixth Street, West of Flower Street, <br />in consideration of the payment of $12,500.00. Said transaction is <br />to be handled through Escrow No. 46827-C with Security Title Insurance <br />Company, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~_~~as presented to the City a deed <br />dated November 20, 1962, conveying a parcel of real property on the <br />North side of Edinger Avenue, West of Garnsey Street, in consideration <br />of the payment of $10,000.00. Said transaction is to be handled <br />through Escrow No. 48620-C with Security Title Insurance Company, <br />Santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JAMES W.
