WHEREAS, ZOID B..MARRS and JOSEPHINE T. MARRS have presented <br />tO the City a deed dated November 28, 1962, conveying a parcel of <br />real property on the North side of Edinger Avenue, West of Towner <br />Street, in consideration of the payment of $16,750.00. Said trans- <br />action is to be handled through Escrow NO. 3650-MK with United Title <br />Guaranty Company, Santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, OLIVER G. ANDERSON and GLADYS PEARL ANDERSON have <br />presented to the City a deed dated November 17, 1962, conveying <br />parcel of real property on the North side of Edinger Avenue, East of <br />Towner Street, in consideration of the payment of $16,000.00. Said <br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 3554-MK with United <br />Title Guaranty Company, Santa Aha, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
