Metzgar to permit a parking <br /> <br />lot for motor vehicles on Lots 6 and 7 at the southwest corner of Nintl <br /> <br />In Re <br />Variance <br />Glenn C. Bailey <br /> <br />and Bush Streets, subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, the <br /> <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved and variance <br /> <br />granted to Glenn C. Bailey to permit front yards of a minimum depth of <br /> <br />25 feet on all lots in Tract No. 1541, excepting Lots 26 to 50, inclusive, <br />in Block A of said Tract. City Clerk to execute the contract <br />between said City and County Sanitation District <br />Number One of Orange County, California, and <br />directing the City Administrator to arrange for <br />the assignment of the contract let under prior <br />authorization by the City of Santa Ana with <br />Gladding, McBean & Co., for vitrified clay pipe <br />in behalf of the District" <br /> <br /> <br />
