RESOLUTION NO. 63-83 OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF SANTA ANA <br />CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING THE GENERAL <br />PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES <br />FOR LEGAL HOLIDAY AND OVERTIME WORK <br />IN SAID CITY.FOR CERTAIN CRAFTS OR <br />TYPES. OF WORKMEN. <br /> <br />(Assessment District No. 213, <br /> Bolsa-Andres) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this City Council has by its Resolution <br />No. 63-82 ordered certain work or improvement, said <br />work or improvement being more particularly described in <br />its resolution of intention, Resolution No. 63-49; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this City Council by Resolution <br />No. 63-76 , has determined, ascertained and fixed the <br />general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general <br />prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work in <br />said locality for each craft, classification or type of <br />workman needed to execute said contract; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND <br />ORDER that the general prevailing rate of per diem wages <br />and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime <br />work for each craft, classification or type of workman <br />needed to execute said contract are hereby specified as the <br />rates determined, ascertained and fixed by said Resolution <br />No. 63-76 , and reference is hereby made to said <br />Resolution No. 63-76 and the rates set forth therein <br />are incorporated herein and made a part hereof as though <br />fully set forth herein. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of <br />May, 1963, <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk of the the <br />City of Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />ss <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
