Comm. <br />reference annexation <br />"Sunshine Homes" <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Mayor of t~ C~ty of Santa Ana <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hunter, seconded by Dahl and carried, action was <br />deferred on the proposed widening of Halladay Street and establishmentil <br />of set-back lines, together with proposed annexation of the area southl <br />of Dyer Road and east'of Main Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Jerome, seconded by Hunter and carried, the <br />demands as audited by the Finance Committee were approved and Clerk <br />authorized to issue warrants covering demands. <br /> <br />The Administrator stated that the United States Rubber Company will <br />require sewer lines, water lines and public utilities to develop a <br /> <br />60 foot street northerly from Dyer Road and to include additional <br />easements for extension of the street across the Railroad right-of-wa~s <br />to Join the present south terminus of Orange Avenue. On motion of <br />Trustee Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the City Engineer was <br />instructed to apply to the Railroad Commission, Public Utilities <br />Commission and Pacific Electric Railway for grade crossing permit for <br />use of the proposed plant of the United States Rubber Company to be <br />located on Dyer Road and Halladay Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by McBride and carried, the Clerk <br />was instrUcted to advise the Planning Commission of Council action <br />reference annexation of territory on Bristol Street north of Edtnger <br />Street, known as "Sunshine Homes", and that Commission report at the <br /> <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HunSer, seconded by Dahl and <br /> <br />Council adjourned. <br /> <br />carried, the City <br /> <br /> <br />
