Sample Fee Proposal <br /> Consultant shall submit a fee proposal as described below. The proposal will be used for fee <br /> comparison and evaluation purposes. <br /> The proposer shall complete this form and include it along with the billing rates breakdown. This <br /> schedule will be used to identify different plan check hourly rate for each different type of plan check. <br /> Consultants are to identify their own staff to review different plan types,but only provide to the City <br /> an overall hourly rate for each different plan check type.
