City Council met in regular session. -Meeting called to order by the Mayor. Present= Absent: Trustees Trustees J.L.McBride, Orson H. Hunter, Milford W. Dahl, Courtney R. Chandler. William. Jerome Each member of the City CoUncil having the Minutes of April ?, 1952, reading dispensed with and approved on motion seconded by Dahl and carried. # In Re On motion Ordinance Approving annexation following (Sunshine Homes) N.W.cor. Bristol and Edinger Sts. received copies of In Re Ordinance Adopting Santa Ana Municipal Code In Re Ordinance No. 1341 Approving annexation "Townsend Annexation" So.~f Delhi and E. of Standard In Re Resol. No. 52-30 Accept Grant Deed Glenn D. Lahodny etux Council Chamber Santa Aha City Hall April 21, 1952. 7:30 P.M. of t~ae Minutes w~s of Trustee Hunter, of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hunter and carried, the Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance approving the annexation of that certain territory designated !SUnshine Homes~. being certain uninhabited territory located at the northwest corner of Bristol and Edinger Streets, was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. . On motion of T~ustee Hunter, seconded by Dahl and carried, lng Ordinance entitled: the "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha adopting the "Santa Ana Municipal Code" and repealing Ordinances which are obsolete or have been codified in said Code or are in conflict with said code" was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading.. On motion of T~ustee Dahl, seconded by Hunter and carried, lng Ordinance entitled: the "An Ordinance approving the annexation of that certain territory designated ~Townsend Annexation~" being property located south of. Delhi and east of Standard Avenue, was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1351 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees J.L.McBride, Orson H. Hunter, Milford W. Dahl, Courtney R. Chandler. Noes, Trustees None Absent, Trustees William Jerome . On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by Hunter and carried, the lng Resolution entitled: "Resolution Accepting Grant Deed" from Glenn D. and Uvlena E. Lahodny, conveying certain real property In Re Resol. No. 52-31 Accept Grant Deed Dept.of Vet.Affairs & David J.Bingham etux for the widening of Bristol Street, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 52-30 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees J.L.McBride, Orson H. Hunter, Milford W. Dahl, Courtney R. Chandler. Noes, T~ustees None Absent, Trustees William Jerome On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by Hunter and carried, the ing Resolution entitled: "Resolution Accepting Grant Deed" from Department cf Veterans Affairs of the State of California and David J. and Janet A.
