Allen, in the sum of $7,807.50, for/damages caused by <br />water overflowing on property St 614 South McClay Street, was referred <br /> <br />to the City Attorney and Insurance Carrier. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by McBride and carried, the claim <br />of Mary Margaret Burris, in the sum of $65,000.00, for alleged injuries <br /> <br />sustained in a fall on the sidewalk at 720-722 North Baker Street, was <br /> <br />referred to the City Attorney and Insurance Carrier. <br /># <br /> <br /> <br />
