RESOLUTION 63-126 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE DESIGNATION OF ORANGE COUNTY AS AN "OPERATIONAL AREA" OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA CIVIL DEFENSE ORGANIZATION BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves the designation of the County of Orange as an "Operational Area" by the California State Operations Plan of the State of California Civil Defense Organization, and further approves the statement of policy and the new designation of the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors as Operational Area Coordinator for said Operational Area and the designation of succession of c~and as Operational Area Coordinator in the event of said Chairman's inability or the inability of any of said successors in the chain of comunand, as approved and provided for by Resolution of the Orange County and Cities Civil Defense Planning Board adopted May 9, 1963, a copy of which said Resolution shall be attached to the original of this Resolution and placed on file as a part thereof in the office of the Clerk of the City, which said above-referenced Resolution is hereby ratified and by this action adopted and need not be attached to copies of this Resolution.
