203 In Re Request Paul Sowerwine (purchase property) Communication was read from Paul Sowerwine stating that he is the owner of Lo~ ll and the easterly 100 feet of Lot l0 Tract 581 and is desirous of purchasing the westerly 33 feet of Lot 10 for the sum of $50.00. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Jerome and carried, the Administrator was instructed to notify N~. Communication was read from Chairman Program Committee of Comite Central de FesteJos Patties extending an invitation to the Council to attend the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the Battle of "5 de Mayo" at the Yost Theatre. Communication was read from Bekins Van & Storage Co. requesting the extension of City fire-alarm circuit to a point near their new build- ing which is being erected at 2510 North Main Street. On motion of T~ustee Hunter, seconded by Jerome and carried, the communication was received, filed and Administrator instructed to advise Bekins Van & In Re Approve salary advancement Storage Co. that the City cable does not reach that point.
