<br />crossing of Pacific Electric tracks on Orange
<br />Avenue"
<br />
<br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 52-40 and passed by the
<br />
<br />following vote:

<br />followingResolution entitled:

<br />"Resolution authorizing Quitclaim Deed"
<br />
<br />to County Sanitation District Number One conveying all of the right,
<br />title and interest of the City of Santa Aha in the sewer mains, rights
<br />of way and other facilities in accordance with Agreement of Sale and
<br />Purchase entered into on Decembsr 12, 1951, upon receipt of the sum of
<br />$156,063.00, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 52-41 and
<br />
<br />passed by the following vote:
<br />
<br /> Ayes, Trustees William Jerome, J.L.McBride,
<br /> OrsonH. Hunter, Courtney R. Chandler.
<br /> Noes, Trustees None
<br /> Absent, Trustees Milford W. Dahl

<br />On motion of Trustee Jerome, seconded by Hunter and carried, the
<br />
<br />recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved and variance
<br />
<br />granted to Warren E. Kennedy to permit a mail order office, accounting
<br />service and insurance office at 1615 Bush Street, subject to certain
<br />
<br />conditions.

<br />On motion of Trustoe Jerome, seconded by McBride and carried, the
<br />recommendation of the planning Commission was approved and variance
<br />granted to M. G. Wanless and Edw. F. Wheelan to permit dental and
<br />
<br />medical offices in the existing building and automobile parking in rear
<br />
<br />at 209 East Washington Avenue, subject to certain conditions.

<br />On motion of Trustee Hunter, seconded by Jerome and carried, the follow.
<br />lng Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br />"A Resolution designating the Building Inspector
<br />of the City of Santa Aha as Construction Inspector
<br />in charge of and representing the City on the con-
<br />struction of the Central Fire Station and author-
<br />izing the adoption of Change Orders on this project
<br />by signature of the City Administrator, Fire Chief,
<br />and Building Inspector not to exceed the total
<br />amount of $200.00 in each such Change Order"
<br />
<br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 52-~'2 and passed by the
<br />
<br />following vote:

<br />Communication war read from the Planning Commission recommending

<br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission was accepted a~ElRevised
