2. That in view of the type of traffic using Marconi Street standard <br />Type A 2 curb and sidewalk shall be used. <br /> <br />3. That the owner deposit the amount of $4,900.00 to cover the <br />owner's share of the cost of improvements on Harbor Boulevard. <br /> <br />4. That if the final map for Tract No. 3236 is not recorded, then <br /> a preliminary record of survey map be filed and approved showing this <br /> cut fr~ the larger parcel. <br /> <br />5. That developer deposit with City $5,000.00 in cash to be used to <br />assist in the installation of traffic control signal lights to <br />regulate the increased flow of traffic generated by the requested use <br />at any location within one-half mile of such use as may be determined <br />necessary by City.
