<br />An oral offer
<br />
<br /> in the sum of $3850.00 was made by Thomas Towne, on
<br />behalf of the Orange County Peace Officers Association to purchase
<br />approximately 19.65 acres of City property located east of the Santa
<br />Aha River between l?th Street and Highway 22, which had been appraise~
<br />by John C. Wallace, Appraiser, and on motion of T~ustee Hunter,
<br />seconded by McBride and carried, the offer was accepted for ~ale of
<br />the described property.

<br />On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by McBride and carried, Map Tract
<br />No. 1411 covering improvements of the extension of Eastside Street
<br />south of Fourth Street, was approved and officials were authorized to
<br />sign same, subject to the approval by the City Attorney of bond
<br />filed by Roy Greenleaf, Jr.,in the amount of $6500.00 to cover
<br />
<br /> improvements.

<br />On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, Map Tract
<br />No. 1573 covering improvements on 15th Street east of Grand Avenue,
<br />was approved and officials were authorized to sign e~me, subject to
<br />the approval by the 0ity Attorney of bond filed by Harkis Homes, Inc.
<br />and Squires Inve,tment Co. Inc., in the amount of $13,414.10 to cover
<br />
<br /> improvements.
