BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That "IRVINE'S SUBDIVISION ANNEX <br />NO. 1 - REVISED" is hereby designated as an appropriate name by which <br />said territory shall be known for the purpose~ of this annexation, and <br />that Resolution 63-153 is hereby rescinded and superseded. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That notice is hereby given that <br />November 4, 1963, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, <br />City Hall, Third and Main Streets, Santa Ana, California, is the time <br />and place fixed at which said Council will hear written protests <br />against this annexation made by any person oWning property within said <br />territory. At any time prior to final adjournment of the hearing on <br />protests, any owner of property within the territory may file written <br />protest against this annexation.
