Use caution when opening attachments or links.
To whom it may concern,
I wanted to suggest that the City of Santa Ana make available to your investigative law enforcement departments facial
recognition software.
I was recently a victim of a financial crime where the theft from my Bank of America account took place at the Main
Street Bank of America -inside the bank. The thief's were impersonating me with my stolen atm card at the teller's .
Bank of America has clear photos and video that your police department is waiting for. But I was informed that without
someone knowing these people, and without reviewing the pictures via facial recognition, they have no good leads. I am
sure I am not the only one who has had this type of crime happen , and feel providing your investigators with the best
and advanced tools could increase their closing success rates. Also, it can assist in many other areas of investigation.
Sincerely,
Robert Schultz

Sent from my iPhone
Robert Schultz
1
