<br />Mr. Musser has over 52 years of experience in performing field and
<br />office surveying and plan checking services for public and private
<br />projects including roadway and highway projects. He has performed
<br />design topographic surveying and construction staking on all of TKE's
<br />respective design and construction management projects and map
<br />checking over the past 10 years. In addition, he has prepared records
<br />of survey, parcel maps and tract maps in San Bernardino County,
<br />Riverside County, San Diego County, Orange County and Los
<br />Angeles County. He has performed boundary, topographic, ALTA,
<br />and precise level surveys as well as Global Positioning Surveys. Mr.
