EXHIBIT A-3 <br />FY24-25 READY OC STATEMENT OF WORK <br />General Information: <br />The following Statement of Work (SOW) defines the principal activities and <br />responsibilities of all parties for public outreach services to support the Ready OC (ROC) <br />Emergency Preparedness Campaign. This scope of work shall stand as an agreement <br />between the City of Santa Ana (here -in -after Santa Ana) and Communications LAB <br />(here -in -after Comm LAB) for the contracted period (FY 24-25). <br />Comm LAB will supply the following services: <br />Marketing: <br />• Brand Management <br />• Collateral (fact sheets, brochures, trifolds, etc.) <br />• Video Production <br />Digital Marketing <br />• Website Maintenance <br />• Newsletter Development <br />• Social Media <br />Advertising: <br />a.
