Approve partnerships and any partner -specific materials or distribution plans. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon completion of administrative deliverables and <br />when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the completion letter for each subtask <br />noted below. <br />TASK 13-A: COLLEGE & UNIVERSITY OUTREACH & COORDINATION (03 24) <br />Objective: Increase regional awareness of ROC's emergency preparedness programs <br />and resources through partnerships with regional colleges and universities. <br />Task Description: Conduct extensive outreach to potential higher -education partners <br />and seek commitments to include ROC messaging and materials during back -to - <br />campus orientation programs and events for new and returning students with a focus <br />on Freshman Orientation in particular. <br />Activities will include: <br />a.
