Planned completion and invoicing will be at the end of December <br />2024. <br />TASK 12-13: PSA-PRODUCTION & DISTRIBUTION (Q2-251 <br />Objective: Increase regional awareness of ROC's emergency preparedness programs <br />and resources through the production of a broadcast -quality Public Service <br />Announcement for regional distribution online, via television and cable broadcast, and <br />free or paid digital placement. <br />Task Description: Modify & refine Public Service Announcement for distribution as <br />needed. Continue distribution strategy. <br />Activities will include: <br />a. Distribute PSA to partners, confirmed media outlets and through paid <br />placement. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Additional post -production editing and multi -format output as needed. <br />b. Continue to identify and distribute PSA to additional partners, confirmed media <br />outlets and through paid placement. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Planned completion and invoicing will be at <br />the end of June 2025. <br />TASK 13: BACK -TO -CAMPUS: COLLEGE & UNIVERSITY ORIENTATION MESSAGING <br />Objective: Increase regional awareness of ROC's emergency preparedness programs <br />and resources through partnerships with regional college and university. <br />Task Description: Conduct extensive outreach to potential higher -education partners <br />and seek commitments to include ROC messaging and materials during back -to - <br />campus orientation programs and events for new and returning students with a focus <br />on Freshman Orientation in particular. <br />Activities will include: <br />a. Comprehensive list of potential partners and appropriate contacts. <br />b.
