Oglesby were referred to the Juvenile Bureau of the Police Depart- <br />ment and letter written to Mr. Oglesby of Oouncills action. <br />Communication was read signed by Walter C. Collins and Grace F. <br />Vandenberg stating they are owners of two pieces of property south of <br />Washington Avenue and east of the A.T.&.S.?. right-of-way, each 162.5 <br />feet on Washington Avenue by 750 feet deep and zoned M-2; offering to <br />dedicate to the City a fifty-foot strip for the purpose of having a <br />street through the center and agreeing to pave 36 feet but preferrtn <br />that no curbs or sidewalks be required. On motion of Trustee Dahl, <br />seconded by Jerome and carried, the matter was referred to the <br />Administrator and City Engineer for recommendation and report at the <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Jerome, seconded by Hunter and carried, <br />Resolution Accepting Three Easement Deeds from Robert F. Buchheim etum <br />Hugh M. Neighbour, Jr. etux and Lucien Butler Ward crux, conveying <br />certain property located on the west side of Baker Street, north of <br />Santa Clara, was referred to the Council as a whole for report at the <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee Dahl, seconded by Hunter and carried, the follow- <br />ing Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution Accepting Easement Deed" <br /> <br />from Victor Charles and Marion Silverstein conveying certain real <br />property for the widening of East Seventeenth Street, was read, con- <br />sidered, designated Resolution No. 52-76 and passed by the following <br /> <br />vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br /> Noes, T~ustees <br /> Absent, Trustees <br />. <br />On motion of Trustee Hunter, <br />ing Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />William Jerome, J.L.McBride, <br />Orson H. Hunter, Milford W. Dahl, <br />Courtney R. Chandler. <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />seconded by Dahl and carried, the <br /> <br />follow- <br /> <br /> "Resolution Accepting Two Easement Deeds" <br /> <br />from Sherman and Helen E. Dotson and Fred and Ida S. Chandler. <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hunter, seconded by Dahl and carried, communi- <br />cation from F.E.Callaghan reference air pollution which rolls in from <br />the refineries at Huntington Beach, was received and filed.- <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hunter, seconded by Dahl and carried, communi- <br />cation from City of San Fernando umging retention of warehouse at <br />Tustin for storage of medical supplies for Civil Defense, was <br />referred to the Civil Defense Coordinator for reply. <br /> <br /> <br />
