Ellsworth, in the sum of $260.00, for injuries <br /> sustained in a fall on the sidewalk at 607 E. Sixth Street was <br /> <br /> referred to the City Attorney and Insurance Carrier. <br /> # <br /> <br /> Communication was read from the Planning Commission recommending <br /> approval of Tentative Map of Tract No. 1459, which Tract represents <br /> nearly all the land bounded on the south by Edgewood Road; on the <br /> east by Tract No. 733;.on the north by Tract No. 705; and on the west <br /> by an irregular line, most of which is approximately 147 feet west of <br /> Santiago Avenue, subject to the condition that the southerly boundary, <br /> now shown along the north side of Edgewood Road, be moved to the <br /> center line of Edgewood Road. On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded <br /> by Jerome and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission <br /> was accepted and Tentative Map of Tract No. 1658 approved subject to <br /> <br /> condition as set forth by the Planning Commission. <br /> ,, <br /> On motion of T~ustee Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the <br /> notification of the State Boa~d of Equalization of alcoholic beverage <br /> application made by Leonard E. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hunter and <br />carried, the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to enter into escrow <br />instructions with Robert S. and Florence A.
