RESOLUTIO~ NO. 61-21 AFFIRMING THE ZONING ADMIN- <br />ISTRATOR BUT MODIFYING CONDITIONS AND GRANTING <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 1425 FILED BY JESSE AND <br />LILLIAN OJEDA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Zoning Administrator, after public hearing on <br />notice, granted Variance Application No. 1425, filed by Jesse and <br />Lillian 03eda; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did not affirm the granting <br />of said Variance Application but found that the matter was of such <br /> <br />magnitude as to be of special interest to the people of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana and referred said Variance Application No. 1425 to the <br /> <br />City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice, <br />has decided that the Zoning Administrator's findings should be <br />affirmed, but that conditions established by said Zoning Adminis- <br />trator should be modified. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby <br /> <br />grants a variance on Application No. 1425 to permit the property in <br /> <br />the City of Santa Aha, lying in the County of Orange, State of <br /> <br />California, described as: <br /> <br />Parcel 1. Lot 7, Spurgeon Street Tract, as per map <br />recorded in Book 6, Page 23 of Miscellaneous Naps in <br />the office of the Recorder of said County. Excepting <br />therefrom a strip of land 11.21 feet wide along and <br />adjoining the South line thereof. <br /> <br />Parcel 2. Beginning at a point in the North line of <br />Lot 7 of the Spurgeon Street Tract, as per map recorded <br />in Book 6, Page 23 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office <br />of the Recorder of said County, said point being 24.45 <br />feet East of the Northwest corner of said Lot 7, running <br />thence South along the boundary line of said Lot 7, <br />21.8S feet; thence East along the boundary line of said <br />Lot 7, 21.88 feet; thence East along the boundary of <br />said Lot 7, 47.~0 feet; thence North along the boundary <br />line of said Lot 7, 21.74 feet to the North line of said <br />Lot 7, thence West 47.~0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Parcel 3. Lot ~ of the Spurgeon Street Tract in the <br />City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, <br />as per map recorded in Bo~ $, Page 23, Miscellaneous <br />Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said <br />County, excepting therefrom the East 50 feet thereof. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
