RESOLUTION NO. 61-39 APPROVING PRELIMINARY RECORD <br />OF SURVEYMAP NO. 203 WHERE RECO~MMENDED CONDITION <br />"E" IS MODIFIED PROVIDING PAYMENT BEFORE UTILITY <br />RELEASE <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, Preliminary Record o~ Survey Map No. 20~ WR~ ~iled <br />on February ~, 1961, by W. J. GAGE; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Record of Survey Map provides for the creation <br />of three parcels of real property located generally 1200 feet North <br />of Seventeenth Street on the East side of Tustin Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Department has received and reviewed this <br />Map and recommended denial; and <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the City Council has duly held a public hearing on <br />said question and does now determine that public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare require that said Preliminary Record of Survey Map <br />NO. 203 be approved subject to conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Preliminary Record of <br />Survey Map No. 203, filed by W. J. Gage, is hereby approved subject to <br />conditions as follows: <br /> <br />1. That this Record of Survey comply with the requirements of the <br /> State Map Act and the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br /> <br />2. That Record of Survey Map be recorded and a copy of the recorded <br /> lv~p be submitted to the Department of Public Works within ten (10) <br /> days after the recording date. <br /> <br />3. That the final map and all improvements required to be made and <br /> installed by the subdivider shall be in accordance with the design <br /> standards and specifications of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> 4. That the subdivider furnish the Department of Public Works with a <br /> runoff study based on a storm of a 10 year frequency. This study <br /> is to show existing and proposed facilities and method of draining <br /> this area and tributary areas without exceeding the capacity of <br /> any street, on-site or off-site. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
