RESOLUTION NO. 61-hl ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WH m AS, MAGGIANO and have <br /> <br />presented to the City a deed dated February 13, 1961, conveying an <br />easement for street purposes on the North side of Edinger Avenue, <br />West of Fairview Street, in consideration of the payment of $308.00. <br />Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 45656-F with <br />the Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Aha, <br />California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the S . _ Q~Ai~Y__, partnership, has <br /> <br />presented to the City two deeds dated February 6, 1961, conveying <br />easements for street purposes on the South side of Bolsa Avenue, <br />East of Newhope Street, in consideration of the payment of <br />$2,277.75. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. <br />45791-F with the Security Title Insurance Company, $25 North <br />Broadway, Santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, C~THOMPSON and ~.~_I~%~J~.T~Q.~IP~D~ have pre- <br />sented to the City two deeds dated February 7, 1961, conveying <br />easements for street purposes on the North side of Fifth Street, <br />West of the Santa And River and on the North side of Fifth Street, <br />East of Willowick Drive, in consideration of the payment of <br />$3,582.95.
