Said <br />transaction is to he handled through Escrow No. 45831-F with the <br />Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Aha, <br />California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~mR~T MELTON and ~~,have presented to the <br />City a deed dated November 2, 1960, conveying an easement for street <br /> <br />purposes on the North side of Edinger Avenue, West of Fairview / <br /> ! <br />Street, in consideration of the payment of $988.00. Said trans- <br /> <br />action is to be handled through Escrow No. 45832-F with the Security <br />Title Insurance CO~apany, 825 North Broadway, Santa Aha, California; <br />and <br /> <br />DENHAM and F~.~_~/A~have presented to the City a deed dated <br />February 3, 1961, conveying Lot iI of J. W.. Birt's Subdivision, as <br />shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, Page 48 of Miscellaneous Maps, ~ <br />records of Orange County, California, in consideration of the payment <br />of $14,573.11 as basic consideration, and $114.81 for pre-payment <br />penalty, plus interest as demanded and costs of refinancing to be <br />paid to First Federal Savings and Loan of Long Beach. Said trans- <br />action is to be handled through Escrow No. 45858-F with the Security <br />Title Insurance cc~pany, 825 North Broadway, Santa Aha, california. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
