Each party shall be responsible for the acts, errors or <br />omissions and conduct of its own employees and carry sufficient insurance, including worker's <br />compensation, to cover its employees pursuant to its insurance requirements. <br />Contingency of Funds: <br />The parties acknowledge that funding or portions of funding for this MOU may be contingent upon <br />budget approval, receipt of funds from, and/or obligation of funds by the Office of Justice <br />Programs. <br />Confidentiality: <br />The parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of joint and individual records and information <br />pursuant to all statutory laws relating to privacy and confidentiality that currently exist or exist at <br />any time during the term of this MOU. <br />Termination: <br />Any of the parties may terminate this MOU, with or without cause, upon 30 days' written notice <br />given to the other parties. <br />Notice: <br />Any notice required to be given under this MOU shall be in writing and addressed as follows: <br />Notice to Anaheim Police Department: <br />Crime Suppression Bureau Lieutenant <br />Investigations Division <br />425 S.
