Once the Memorandum of Understanding <br />(MOU) between the Anaheim Police Department and the Santa Ana Police Department has been <br />signed, received, and an executed copy of the agreement is on file, reimbursement may be requested <br />for eligible expenditures. <br />It is critical that all Santa Ana Police Department employees that are involved in the FY2023 Enhanced <br />Collaborative Model Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking (HT) Grant Program become familiar <br />with the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Anaheim and the Santa Ana Police <br />Department regarding the FY2023 Enhanced Collaborative Model Task Force to Combat Human <br />Trafficking (HT) Grant Program. This subaward is subject to the requirements in 2 CFR, Part 200. <br />Sub -Recipients must also comply with the following conditions and limitations set by the granting <br />agency: <br />425 S.
