Resolution to Effect Certain Changes to the City's Basic Classification and <br />Compensation Plan for Service Employee International Union (SEIU) Represented <br />Employees <br />August 20, 2024 <br />Page 2 <br />classifications that are no longer in use and update job classifications. The removal of <br />the job classifications has no impact on City employees or the budget. SEIU has <br />stated that they are in agreement with all of the proposed changes. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The approved FY 2024-25 Budget includes enough funds for pay increases reflected in <br />this document. <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
