<br /> number 6 of the Districting Map to show the
<br /> reclassification"

<br /> of a parcel of land on the south side of East Seventeenth Street
<br /> between Santiago Avenue and Lincoln Avenue, from R-2 to the R-3 Mult
<br /> Family Residence District, in accordance with amendment application of
<br /> Helen E. Platte, was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1350
<br /> and passed by the following vote:

<br /> On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Jerome and carried, the
<br /> following Ordinance entitled:

<br /> CodeI by amending Article IX thereof creating
<br /> changes in District Boundaries and by amend-
<br /> in~ Sheet Number 18 of the Dlstrictin~ Map
<br /> to show ~he reolaeslfication#

<br /> of certain parcels of land between Bristol and Baker Streets and lying
<br /> adjacent to the north of a line approximately 293 feet north cf the
<br /> center line of West 17th Street, from R-1 to R-2 as to a part of the
<br /> land and from R-1 to R-3 as to a portio~ abutting Bristol Street, in
<br /> accordance with application of Emmet C. Rogers, et al, was introduced,
<br />
<br /> read, considered and placed on file for second reading.

<br /> On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hunter and carried, the
<br /> report of Diehl and Company for the period July 1, 1951 to June 30,
<br />
<br /> 1952, was received, filed and referred to the Finance Committee.

<br />On motion of T~ustee McBride, seconded by Jerome and carried, the
<br />
<br />Minutes of t2me Executive Committee of the Joint Outfall Sewer held
<br />
<br />October 9, 1952, were approved.

<br />Communication was read from the City Engineer advising that improve-
<br />monte within the boundaries of Tract No. 1292 have been completed, and
<br />on motion of Trustee Jerome, seconded by McBride and carried, bond
<br />filed by George M. Sandstrom, in the sum of $$,000.00, was ordered
<br />
<br />released.

<br />On motion of Trustee Hunter, seconded by Jerome and carried, the reque~
<br />of Nme. Georgia Gould that a street light be installed at Bristol and
<br />Richland Streets was referred to the A~minietrator and City Engineer
<br />with power to act and the Administrator instructed to acknowledge the
<br />
<br />letter.
