Once the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Anaheim Police Department and the Santa Ana Police Department has been signed, received, and an executed copy of the agreement is on file, reimbursement may be requested for eligible expenditures. It is critical that all Santa Ana Police Department employees that are involved in the FY2023 Enhanced Collaborative Model Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking (HT) Grant Program become familiar with the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Anaheim and the Santa Ana Police Department regarding the FY2023 Enhanced Collaborative Model Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking (HT) Grant Program.
