Team Organization <br />We propose a team of dedicated professionals with expertise in the EV readiness planning, charging infrastructure <br />technology, EV program design and implementation, and workforce and staffing assessment, who have the capacity <br />to provide the City with quality time and effort. Each proposed staff has a key area of subject matter expertise and will <br />work closely with the City staff and their stakeholders on all aspects of the project to keep the progress cohesive. <br />Exhibit 4 highlights areas of subject matter expertise for key staff and other senior staff, while our proposed staffing <br />plan is presented in Exhibit 5 below.
