The costs necessary to develop and provide for <br />the necessary inter -tie between communications systems shall be <br />shared 'equally by -the participating cities. <br />11. The service mutually agreed to he rendered <br />pursuant to this Agreement shall include first alarm fire and <br />rescue and each r.i•ty shall be responsible for providing, where <br />possible; the additional equipment necessary in the event of a <br />second. or third alarm involvement within its geographical liraits. <br />12. Each city warrants and represents., that it has <br />sufficient equipment to handle the involvements which skull be <br />assigned to it under this agreement and that in the: event certain <br />types of involvements require special_ equipment, the responsible <br />city will. not be obligated to respond to said involvement unless <br />and until it has obtained said special equipment. It is further <br />understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto, that the <br />Fire Chief of each city or his designated representatives shall <br />work. out and agree upon the capabilities of each city to respond <br />to involvements requiring special equipment and that neither city <br />will be obligated under this Agreement to respond to any involve- <br />ment requiring special equipment where said. city does not own or <br />operate said special equipment. <br />13. Each city shall provide' the necessary police <br />traffic,control personnel within its geographical boundaries. <br />14. For purposes of liaison and -the administration <br />- 3 -- <br />
