l 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 13 14 15 IS I7 ka 19 20 21 23 23 84 %5 26 27 %O 29 30 31 32 Garden Grove City Council adopts the Resolution approving the Project plans and specifications for advertising for bids. 6^ Upon cumpletfon of the Project, Garden Grove agrees to submit full, true and correct copies of documents, certificates and itemized bills to Santa Ana and Santa Ana shall reimburse Garden Grove within 30 days upon submission of statement of such costs for the full cost of the construction as defined in paragraphs 3 and 4 hereof. 7. Santa Ana's share of the design, survey and construction engineering costs shall be lO� of Santa Ana's proportionate share of the construction and installation contract costs. 8. All construction and installation costs shall be based on the contract unit costs. 9. Upon completion of the Project, said traffic signal shall be maintained and operated by Garden Grove. The maintenance and operational costs for said traffic signal shall he borne by the parties hereto and shall be based on the actual maintenance and operational costs incurred; each party's share of said cost shall be in the some ratio to the total cost ' as the number of legs under, each party's j6risdiction entering the intersection bears to the total number of legs entering the intersection said ratio shall be determined from the actual location of the City limits as they exist at the time the maintenance and operational costs are incurred.
