7 IN <br />mm <br />. .. .. ..... <br />EJC:rib(-24) <br />5/15/89 <br />AGREEMENT FOR <br />V10 V4 <br />3 <br />CONSULTING SERVICES <br />THIS AGREEMENT, dated 19 <br />4/41L�l by <br />and between the City of Santa Ana, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California ("City") and Linda Goldzimer Consulting <br />G.roup ("Consultant"), <br />W-I-T-N-E-S-S-E-T-H <br />In consideration of their mutual and respective promises, <br />and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the <br />parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br />I. PERFORMANCE BY CONSULTANT <br />Consultant agrees to: <br />A. Conduct two (2) one -day seminars in "Effective <br />Customer Services Skills" for the Library Depart- <br />ment and Recreation and Community Services Agency. <br />B. Conduct additional seminars as and when requested <br />by the City Manager for other City Departments <br />at a cost of $2,300 per seminar per day plus <br />materials and travel expenses as required. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />A. Each seminar shall be custom-tailored to meet <br />the goals and objectives of the individual de- <br />partments requesting service. <br />B. The seminars will develop skills in relating to <br />the residents of Santa Ana, such as: <br />1. bonding positive relationships; <br />2. working effectively with angry, irate and <br />dissatisfied customers; <br />-1- <br />
