Mi/lard Parks has conscientiously and diligently <br />conducted his office in a most efficient and exemplary manner, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission desires to express its appreciati, <br />to said G. Millard Parks for his work and efforts; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission~of th, <br />City of~ Santa Ana does hereby express its sincere appreciation for <br />the careful, diligent and efficient assistance that it received <br />said G.
