<br />Communication was read from Attorney R.C.Mize, on behalf! f certain
<br />owners of land, requesting that some 400 acres of land I ng easterly
<br />of Bristol Street, southerly of Delhi Road, and on both ~ des of the
<br />Pacific Electric Railroad, be included in the study now ~ lng made
<br />relative to M-1 zoning of other lands of other owners al~
<br />outside of said city limits. On motion of Trustee Hunts:

<br />On motion of Trustee Jerome, seconded by Hunter and carrl d, the
<br />application of B.F.Marbury, Principal, Stony Crest School at Perris,
<br />for permission to solicit funds in the sum of $150.00 fo~ the purpose
<br />of obtaining funds to build a school unit and remodel ani xisting
<br />building for dormitory use, was referred to the Administ~ .tot and
<br />Phil Brown of the Business Men's Association for report a the next
<br />meeting.

<br />A petition was presented signed by four residents and pr~
<br />residing in the vicinity of Hall's Drive-in at 2209 Nort~
<br />protesting against the noise of the Juke box. On motion
<br />
<br />Dahl, seconded by McBride and carried, the Police Departm,
<br />requested to investigate the noise at Hall's Drive-in
<br />the present Ordinance and to make an arrest under the
<br />violation, and take it to the Appellate Court.
