304 In Re Communication City Attorney (extension Orange Ave. ) Communication was read from the City Attorney reference extension Orange Avenue in a southerly direction on a gradual "S" turn at Street and advising that on August 18, 1952, Application No. 33678 filed for authorization before the Public Utilities Commission of State and the matter concluded on December 9, 1952, as decision No 48030 authorized the City to proceed with the construction of this crossing. Communication was read from the CitY Engineer and Chief of Police stating that the Motor Vehicle Department located on North Main St2 verbally requested that all of the curb in front of its building painted red; that an additional 20 feet of curb north of the north (exit) drive be painted red and that a crosswalk be established.
