61-101 <br />RESOLUTION NO. ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, AGNES I. WOLD and JOHN R. DANIELL have presented to <br /> <br />the City a deed dated April 6, 1961, conveying vehicular access rights <br /> <br />on the East side of Grand Avenue, North of Fourth Street; and /~l <br /> WHEREAS, BOARD OF CHURCH EXTENSION AND HOME MISSIONS OF THE <br /> <br />CHURCH OF GOD has presented to the City a deed dated April 5, 1961, <br />conveying an easement for drainage purposes West from Newhope Street,/~ <br /> <br />North of Sugar Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BOARD OF CHURCH EXTENSION AND HOME MISSIONS OF THE <br /> <br />CHURCH OF GOD has presented to the City a deed dated APril 5, 1961, <br />conveying an easement for street purposes on the West side of Newhope <br /> <br />Street, North of Sugar Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, BOARD OF CHURCH EXTENSION ~D Hq~ ~I~ION~ OF ,T~- <br /> <br />CHURCH OF GOD has presented to the City a deed dated April 5 1961, <br />conveying an easement for water and sewer purposes West from Newhope <br /> <br />Street, North of Sugar Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BOARD OF CHURCH EXTEN~9~ ,~A~,~q~Q~Q~ .'~ <br />~_~has presented to the City a deed dated April S, 1961, /~ <br />conveying an easement for street and drainage purposes on Andres Place, <br /> <br />South of Melric Drive; and <br /> <br />also known as WILLIAM J.
