WHEREAS, ALBAN HOLTZ and BERNADINE HOLTZ have presented to the <br />city a deed dated April 13, 1961, conveying an easement for street /~ <br />purposes on the East side of Grand Avenue, South of Washington Street; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JOSEPH S. NARKEWI~H a~d HAZEL~, _~!~H have presented <br />to the City a quitclaim deed dated March 8, 1961, quitclaiming all their <br />interests in an easement for street purposes on the South Side of Bolsa/~ <br />Avenue, West of Harbor Boulevard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being <br />paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
