paid for such property, less a credit of the original <br />$38.00 charge for the initial report or guarantee. <br />From Eighteen (18) months to Thirty (30) Months: <br />If the policy is issued more than eighteen (18) months but <br />less than thirty (30) months in all from the forwarding date of <br />the initial report or guarantee, to the charges so stipulated <br />in either Section A or B, Page 1, there shall be added an <br />additional fee of $15.00 per parcel which additional fee shall <br />include one supplemental report, if such is ordered by second <br />party - <br />Over 2 rty ('30) Months: <br />If the policy is issued more than thirty (30) months from the <br />forwarding date of the initial report or guarantee, the charge <br />shall be that stipulated in either Section A or B, Page 1, <br />except that the sum of $38.00 as referred to will not be <br />applied as a credit on the final policy. <br />III. ALDI.TIOXAL SERVICES AED FEES <br />A. Streets,B1ghways and Alleys: <br />When first party is requested by second party to cover, <br />in connection with an order on an adjoining parcel, any <br />portion of a street, highway or alley which has been <br />vacated or otherwise and which has not been previously <br />insured with said adjoining parcel, to the charges shown. <br />in Sections I and II, Page 1, there shall be added an <br />additional charge of $12.50 per parcel to include such <br />portions of any street, highway or alley which would pass <br />by operation of law in a conveyance of said adjoining <br />parcel. If said portion of the adjoining street, highway <br />or alley has been previously insured with the abutting <br />parcel, no additional charge will be made. <br />When first party is requested by second party to cover <br />only that portion of a street, highway or alley which would <br />pass by operation of law in a conveyance of adjoining land <br />and which has been vacated or otherwise but not in connection <br />with an order on adjoining laud., the charge shall be that <br />stipulated in Sections I and II, Page 1. <br />B. Basements of Rights of Way: <br />1.
