However, in such cases, approval <br />of the additional charge must be obtained from second <br />party-. <br />2. Appurtenant Easements or Right of Tiay <br />There first party is requested by second party to <br />include in an order a given parcel, of land an examination <br />as to the ovnershiD, rights or interests in an easement <br />or right of way which is appurtenant to other lands, for <br />each dominant or servient tenement covered, the charges <br />as stipulated in Section 1, Page 1, shall apply as to <br />each parcel involved. however, if such easement has <br />been previously insured with a given parcel of land, no <br />additional charge shall be wade unless the work involved <br />is of such nature as to warrant additional charges. <br />In such cases, approval of the additional charge must <br />be obtained from second party. <br />C. Supplemental Reports: <br />l . Within Eighteen. (18) Months: <br />For each supplemental report as ordered by second <br />party and issued within. eighteen (18) months from <br />the forwarding date of the initial report or <br />guarantee, an additional charge of $5.00 per parcel <br />for each such supplemental report shall be made <br />except as provided is the following paragraphs 2 <br />and 3 and as provided in Section ➢ following. <br />2. From Eighteen (18) Months to Thirty (30) Months: <br />For each supplemental report as ordered by second <br />party, issued more than eighteen (18) months but <br />less than thirty (30) months from the forwarding <br />date of the initial report or guarantee, an additional <br />charge of $15.00 per parcel for each such supplemental <br />report shall be made. If a subsequent report is ordered <br />by second party following the report referred to in <br />this paragraphs an additional charge shall be made of <br />$5.00 for each such report so issued up to a total <br />of thirty (30) months from the date of forwarding <br />the initial report or guarantee. <br />3. over Thirty (30) Months: <br />For any supplemental report, guarantee or policy <br />issued subsequent to the expiration of thirty <br />(30) months from the forwarding date of the initial <br />report or guarantee, the charges as set forth in <br />Section I and II, page 1, shall apply in all <br />- 3 - <br />
