Entire Parcel: Where the entire parcel, covered by a report or guarantee, changes ownership prior to the close of escrow or the issuance of a policy, first party shall furnish as ordered by second party a supplemental report showing the condition of title in the new owner for an additional fee of $15.00 per parcel. If a change in the condition of title other than a change of ownership, between the date of search and the date of issuance of the report or guarantee occurs, a supplemental report showing such changes will be furnished without charge. 2. Portion of a Parcel: Where a portion of any parcel covered by a report or guarantee, changes ownership prior to the close of escrow or the issuance of the policy, first party shall furnish as ordered by second party a new report or guarantee covering the new parcel created and shall charge therefor the fees as provided in Section. I, Page 1, for the new report or guarantee covering the severed land, and shall furnish one amended report covering that portion of the property still remaining in the original 'earner as first reported, for the same charge as provided in either Paragraphs 1, 2 or 3 of Section C, Ppges 3 and 4. F. Copies of Documents or Instruments: For all copies of documents or instruments as ordered by second party in connection with an order for a report or guarantee which are produced by the first party, the charge shall be at the rate of $.25 per page. F. Additional Work Char es: On all orders where more than thirty-five (35) instruments are involved in a chain of title, an additional charge may be made commensurate with the amount of work performed. However, approval of such charges must be obtained from second warty- before incurring same. C .
