SERVICE ACRE NT The First American Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California, herein called the first party, hereby agrees to furnish the services as hereinafter set forth, to the City of Santa Ana, California, herein called the second party. Said first party agrees to receive and accept as full compensation therefor, and second party agrees to pay the fees or charges for such services as hereinafter set forth. I. CONI3MWATION REPORT OR GUARANTEES First party to furnish as ordered by second party the usual form of report or guarantee, not to exceed the sum of 82000.00 per parcel, sufficient in form to cover the acquisition of certain property designated by second party to be used for rights of way, easements, streets, alleys, highways, sewers, storm drains, school sites or tax delinquent properties, for a fee of $45.00 per parcel. II. FINAL POLICIES OF TITLE INSURANCE First party to furnish as ordered by second party a final_ policy of title insurance on each parcel of property covering the final acquisition by second party of the property, involved by either a deed, decree of condem- nation or decree quieting title, for the following fees and charges: Within Eighteen (18) Months: If the policy is issued within eighteen (18) months from the forwarding date of the initial report or guarantee: A. When the final policy of title insurance is to be issued in a minimum amount not to exceed the sum of $2000.00 per parcel, even though the acquisition price paid by the second party for such property is in excess of $2000.00 Per parcel, there will be no additional charge. B. Mken the final policy of title insurance is to be issued in an amount greater than $2000.00 per parcel, or the equivalent of the full purchase price of the taking, where such amount is in excess of $2000.00 per parcel, the charge shall be 100% of the Base Insurance Rate for a CLTA Owner's Policy of Title Insurance as set forth in the then effective Schedule of Title Fees, Minimum $45.0 , less a credit of the original 845.00 charge for the initial report or guarantee. The presently effective Schedule of Title Fees is attached hereto as Exhibit A. From Eighteen (18) Months to Thirty (30) Months: If the policy is issued more than eighteen (18) months but less than thirty (30) months in all from the forwarding date of the initial report or guarantee, to the charges so stipulated in either Section A or B, Page 1, there shall be added an additional fee of $15.00 per parcel which additional fee shall include one supplemental report, if such is ordered by second party.
