2. From Eighteen (18) Months to Thirty (30) Months: For each supplemental report as ordered by second party, issued more than eighteen (18) months but less than thirty (30) tionths from the forwarding date of the initial report or guarantee, an. additional charge of $15.00 per parcel for each such supplemental report shall be made. If a subsequent report is ordered by second party following the report referred to in this paragraph, an additional charge shall be made of 95.00 for each such report so issued up to a total of thirty (30) months from the date of forwarding the initial report or guarantee. 3. Over Thirty (30) Months: For any supplemental report, guarantee or policy issued subsequent to the expiration of thirty (30) months from the forwarding date of the initial report or guarantee, the charges as set forth in Section I and IT, Page 1, shall apply in all services rendered after thirty (30) months. D, Changes in Ownership: 1. Entire Parcel: Where the entire parcel, covered by a report or guarantee, changes ownership prior to the close of escrow or the issuance of a policy, first party shall furnish as ordered by second party a supplemental report showing the condition of title in the new owner for an additional fee of $15.00 per parcel. If a change in the condition of title other than a change of ownership between the date of search and the date of issuance of the report or guarantee occurs, a supplemental report showing such changes will be furnished without charge. 2. Portion of a Parcel: Where a portion of any parcel covered by a report or guarantee, changes ownership prior to the close of escrow or the issuance of the policy, first party shall furnish as ordered by second party a new report or guarantee covering the new parcel created and shall charge therefor the fees as provided in Section I, Page 1, for the new report or guarantee covering the severed land, and shall furnish one amended report covering that portion of the property still remaining in the original owner as first reported, for the same charge as provided in either paragraphs 1, 2 or 3 of Section C, Pages 2 and 3. E. Copies of Documents or Instruments: For all copies of documents or instruments as ordered by second p�rty in connection with an order for a report or guarantee which are produced by the first party, the charge shall be at the rate of $.25 per panel. F, Additional Work Chargest - i on all orders where more than thirty-five (35) instruments are involved in a chain of title, an additional charge may be made commensurate with the amount of work performed.
