Prior to the expenditure of program funds that may be allocated for confidential funds, the project director shall sign a certification indicating that he or she has read, understands and agrees to abide by all of the conditions pertaining to confidential fund expenditures as set forth in the effective edition of the Guideline Manual M 7100.1D, "Financial and Administrative Guide for Grants." This signed certificate must be returned to the Office of Justice Programs, Office of the Comptroller, for inclusion in the official grant file. 7. The grantee agrees to provide to the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) a listing of all consultants to be used under this.. grant, a summary of their professional qualifications, and their proposed daily rates, which may not exceed $150 without the express separate approval of BJA. 8. The grantee agrees to participate in management "cluster" conferences sponsored by BJA. 9. one of the provisions of M 7100.1D, Chapter 5, "Compensation for Personal services," Paragraph 49. b.(2) states that, if paid, ('...overtime premium should be prorated among the various jobs and not charged exclusively to grantor agency funds." That provision has been waived for this program. Grantee agrees, however, to comply with all other provisions of M 7100.1D, Chapter 5, Paragraph 49 and, in addition, the Grantee agrees to maintain project records of overtime payments in a form that, for audit purposes, is easily identifiable and traceable as expenditures of Federal project funds. 10. DISCLOSURE OF FEDERAL PARTICIPATION:.In compliance with Section 623 of Public Law 102-141, the recipient agrees that no amount of this Award shall be used to finance the acquisition of goods or services (including construction services) for the Project unless the recipient: (a) specifies in any announcement of the awarding of the contract for the procurement of the goods and services involved (including construction services) the amount of Federal funds that will be used to finance the acquisition; and (b) expresses the amount announced pursuant to paragraph (a) OJP FORM 40UU/L (REV. 5-8 0 PREVIOUS EDITIONS ARE OBSOLETE.
