The Grantee agrees to submit program statistical data as <br />requested by BJA, or its Contractor, for the purpose of <br />transmitting summary data to the Attorney General and the <br />U.B. Congress. At a minimum, the Grantee agrees that the <br />following nine (9) data elements will be submitted to BJA on <br />a quarterly basis. <br />o Overtime funds spent <br />o Confidential funds spent <br />o Search warrants executed <br />o Number of arrests, felony and misdemeanor <br />o Assets seized (value) <br />o Assets forfeited (value). <br />o Drugs seized <br />o Cases filed <br />o convictions <br />12. The applicant hereby assures and certifies compliance with <br />subtitle A, title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act <br />(ADA), 42 U.S.C. 12131-12134, and Department of Justice <br />implementing regulation, 28 CFR Part 35. <br />GRANTEE ACCEPTANCE OF SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br />M1 <br />OJP FORM 4000/2 (REV. 5-81) PREVIOUS EDITIONS ARE OBSOLETE. <br />
