Power <br />of One is working with a local restaurant <br />(Perla Mexican Cuisine) who will manage the <br />event's alcohol license, and all servers will be <br />certified (i.e. Responsible Beverage Service <br />(RBS) trained, ABC Alcohol Server <br />Certification) to handle service responsibly, <br />stopping sales to intoxicated guests based on <br />RBS training received.
