Rowley <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the recommend- <br />ation of the Planning Commission was approved and variance granted to <br />Winifred Jeanette Barrett to permit ~onstruction of a one-unit apart- <br />ment on rear portion of Lot at 1714 Spurgeon Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the variance <br />application of Burton H. Rowley for permission to construct a triplex <br /> <br />with a three-car garage at the northwest corner of Spurgeon and 12th <br /> <br />Streets, was referred to the Planning Commission pending an amendment <br /> <br />In Re <br />Instructions to <br />Clerk - Payroll <br />Warrants <br /> <br />by the applicant. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Administrator and on motion of Trustee Hunter, <br />seconded by Dahl and carried, the Clerk was authorized and directed to <br />draw a warrant in the amount of $30,000.00 as a charge to ll-Ceneral <br /> <br />Fund, Unappropriated reserve, in favor of 81-Payroll Revolving Fund <br /> <br />In Re <br />Instructions to <br />Administrator - <br />Requests for <br />parking zones <br /> <br />for the purpose of meeting anticipated payrolls. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hun~er, seconded by Dahl and carried, the <br />Administrator was instructed to report at the next me~ting on requ. sts <br />of the Roosevelt School for school parking signs in front of the School, <br /> <br />and merchants in the 300 block East First Street for twenty-four minute <br /> <br />In Re <br />Removal of weir <br />box at the south- <br />west corner Santiago <br />and Santa Clara Ave. <br /> <br />parking on the south side of the street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by Hunter and carried, the City <br />Engineer was authorized to negotiate with B. Lo Netcalf for the removal <br />of a weir box located at the southwest corner of Santiago and Santa <br /> <br />Clara Avenues, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hunter, <br /> <br />seconded by Daht and carried, the City <br /> <br />Council adjourned to Monday.
