Hunter, <br /> Milford W. Dahl, Courtney R. Chandler. <br />Noes, Trustees None <br />Absent, Trustees J.L.McBrlde <br /> Administrator and <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Jerome, seconded.by'Hunter and carried, the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved and variance <br />granted to Barney E. and Agnes Coleman $o permit use of the existing <br />duplex, the p~rtion which faces Edinger Street as a doctor's office; <br />the portion.nearer to Cypress Street as a residence, at 119 East <br />Edinger Street, subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by Jerome and Carried, the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved and variance <br />granted to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church to permit construction of a <br />grammar school to accommodate 400 children, reduce the rear yard from <br />l0 feet ko 7 feet and to reduce the front yard set-back from 20 feet <br /> <br />to ~ feet, at the northeast corner of Sixth and Western Avenue. <br /># <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees <br /> Absent, Trustees <br /> <br />William Jerome, Orson H.
